Theragenics brachytherapy business manufactures and markets the small devices (“seeds”) seen in the picture above.  These seeds  are primarily used in the minimally invasive treatment of localized prostate cancer. Our surgical products business manufactures and distributes wound closure, needles and other surgical products used in the urology, veterinary, orthopedic, and other markets , and disposable medical devices used for Vascular and Interventional procedures.
